This position serves as the welcoming face of our school and plays a vital role in supporting families, staff, and daily operations. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong administrative skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet families, visitors, and prospective parents with warmth and professionalism Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries Provide administrative support to the leadership team Maintain student and staff records with accuracy and confidentiality Assist with enrollment, attendance, and office documentation Complete CACFP reporting and related record-keeping requirements Prepare correspondence, reports, and other written communications Manage office supplies and support daily front office operations Assist with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative, receptionist, or office management experience preferred Experience with CACFP reporting strongly preferred Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Bonus Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience working in a childcare, preschool, or educational setting Familiarity with childcare management software such as
