Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Office Assistant who can manage daily administrative tasks, support scheduling, assist with customer communication, and help maintain an organized office environment. This role is essential to ensuring efficient operations and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Schedule service calls, installations, and technician appointments Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Assist with compiling reports, proposals, and job documentation Receive and organize deliveries and inventory Maintain office cleanliness and organization Support basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, tracking, etc.) Assist with social media posting and basic marketing updates Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to learn new systems quickly Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Compensation & Benefits $15/hour starting pay (based on experience) Full-time position (Monday-Friday) 401(k) with up to 5% company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company Why Join TexPro?
