00 per hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Growth Opportunity Join a Growing Multi-State Security Company Eagles Point Security is expanding in Texas and is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Houston and surrounding regional accounts. This is a key support role responsible for ensuring scheduling accuracy, compliance tracking, billing coordination, and operational follow-through across multiple client locations. What You'll Do Administrative & Operations Support Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for Texas-based accounts Maintain accurate staffing, scheduling, and compliance records Track open items and follow up to ensure deadlines are met Scheduling & Staffing Coordination Review schedules for accuracy and coverage gaps Assist with onboarding paperwork and hiring documentation Support shift confirmations and coverage alignment Billing & Invoice Support Assist with invoice review and verification Ensure billed hours align with approved schedules Track billing timelines and support dispute resolution Compliance & Documentation Maintain client and vendor compliance files Track COIs, licenses, certifications, and required documentation Support audits and client requests Communication Act as liaison between field operations and corporate office Follow up with officers, vendors, and internal teams as needed What We're Looking For 2-5 years of administrative or operations coordination experience Strong attention to detail and deadline management Experience working with scheduling or multi-site operations preferred Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tracking systems Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, accountable, and solution-oriented Preferred but not required: Security, property management, staffing, logistics, or facilities background Experience reviewing invoices or reconciling hours What We Offer Competitive pay: $19
