Administrative Coordinator•
Tax & Business Office Salary:
$55,000•60,000 base + up to $2,800/year in employer-paid benefits

Tax & Business Office:
Manage AR/AP, billing, collections, and vendor coordination to support cash flow Oversee intake, organization, and digital scanning of tax documents Coordinate assembly and delivery of tax returns via hard copy and secure portals Handle client correspondence for signatures, document delivery, and billing questions Support firm-wide administrative projects as responsibility and trust grow Qualifications for the Administrative Coordinator•
Tax & Business Office:
3+ years of office administration or business office experience (tax/CPA preferred) Hands-on experience with invoicing, billing, collections, or AR/AP Comfort working in paper-heavy environments alongside digital workflows Ability to learn and navigate proprietary systems Full-time, on-site availability in Houston (Galleria area) #LI-BG2 #
