Pest Control Descripción del puesto Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva y con excelente atención al cliente para desempeñarse en el área administrativa de nuestra empresa de fumigaciones. Será responsable de coordinar operaciones diarias, dar seguimiento a servicios programados y apoyar en la supervisión administrativa y operativa del personal técnico. Responsabilidades principales Coordinación diaria de rutas y asignación de servicios a técnicos. Manejo de agenda y confirmación de servicios con clientes. Elaboración y seguimiento de cotizaciones y contratos. Llenado y control de reportes de servicios realizados. Control e inventario de productos e insumos utilizados en fumigación. Supervisión y seguimiento de desempeño de técnicos y personal operativo. Atención y seguimiento a clientes vía telefónica y correo electrónico.. Resolución de incidencias y apoyo operativo general. Requisitos Experiencia en puestos administrativos o de coordinación. Manejo básico de computacion. Organización y atención al detalle. Facilidad de comunicación y trato con clientes. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas. Experiencia en servicios técnicos o empresas de mantenimiento. Habilidades deseadas Hablar ingles y español. Trabajo en equipo. Responsabilidad y puntualidad. Proactividad. Capacidad de organización y seguimiento. Buena comunicación verbal y escrita. Horario Tiempo completo. Lunes a viernes 8:00am a 5:00pm y sábados según operación.•

Permicom, Inc. Pest Control Job Description We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with excellent customer service skills to join the administrative team of our pest control company. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, following up on scheduled services, and supporting the administrative and operational supervision of technical staff. Main Responsibilities Daily coordination of routes and assignment of services to technicians. Managing schedules and confirming services with clients. Preparing and following up on quotes and contracts. Completing and maintaining service reports and records. Managing inventory and control of products and supplies used in pest control services. Supervising and monitoring the performance of technicians and operational staff. Providing customer service and follow-up via phone and email. Resolving issues and providing general operational support. Requirements Experience in administrative or coordination positions. Basic computer skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. Experience in technical services or maintenance companies.
Desired Skills Bilingual:
