This upscale extended stay Lubbock hotel offers easy access to a number of exciting attractions and well-known businesses. Ideally located in downtown Lubbock, TX, our pet friendly lodgings are near the famous Buddy Holly Center and the thrilling Joyland Amusement Park. Live music performances in the Depot Entertainment District and Texas Tech sporting events can also be found less than two miles away. We have an great opportunity to join our hotel as a Front Desk Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor assists the Front Office Manager in directing the operations of the Front Desk staff to properly ensure the prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests, that all guests' needs are met during their stay and to deliver the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
Essential Job Tasks:
1. Assists in the operations of the Front Desk by supervising all Guest Service associates. 2. Ensures guest satisfaction by responding to guest request in a friendly, service oriented manner, resolving guest complaints, and greeting in-house guests. 3. Fills in at the Front Desk during busy periods or when staffing needs dictate. 4. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly 2. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately 3. Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations 4. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary 5. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests Working Conditions Ability to work irregular shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as activity levels demand.
