Job Description

Job File Coordinator Position Summary SERVPRO Team Hall is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Job File Coordinator to serve as a critical link between our customers, field teams, and office staff. This position is responsible for managing incoming calls, coordinating emergency response services, dispatching restoration crews, maintaining accurate job documentation, and supporting reconstruction project scheduling and administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively multitask, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service during challenging situations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and compassionately. Gather detailed information from customers regarding water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction projects. Create and set up new jobs within SERVPRO Team Hall operating systems. Coordinate communication between customers, insurance representatives, and production teams. Dispatch restoration crews for emergency water, fire, and mitigation services. Monitor crew schedules and adjust assignments as needed. Communicate mitigation and reconstruction job status updates to customers and internal team members. Ensure all required paperwork, photos, notes, and customer authorizations are collected and uploaded. Assist with scheduling reconstruction projects Coordinate communication between reconstruction project managers and customers Experience in the restoration and insurance industry would be valuable. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
