About the Role As an Administrative Coordinator, you will serve as the operational backbone for our facility, ensuring seamless daily workflows and providing critical support to our Human Resources and Supply Chain departments. You will play a vital role in maintaining organizational efficiency, managing key communications, and facilitating a productive environment for our team. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal staff, managing front-office communications and site access protocols. Streamline administrative workflows by coordinating complex scheduling, meeting arrangements, and interview logistics. Maintain data integrity within internal systems, including processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and updating electronic filing databases. Facilitate site security and logistics by overseeing the badging system and coordinating inbound vendor deliveries. Support departmental productivity by preparing materials, initiating training modules, and managing office supply inventories. Generate essential reports and track key performance metrics to assist leadership in decision-making processes. Required Skills Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data entry or ERP software like SAP. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-service mindset. Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move throughout the facility as required. Preferred Skills Prior experience providing administrative support specifically to HR or Supply Chain teams. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of discretion and confidentiality. Experience with digital document management and automated office systems.
