Answer Phones, Coordinate Ordering, General Operations Prepare Materials for Showings, Listings, and/or Relocation Clients Maintain Transaction Correspondences Create and manage office marketing material Assist with Marketing Efforts both
Print and Digital Required Skills/Qualifications:
Strong technical proficiency with digital tools and platforms Excellent Customer Service Skills Strong Organization Skills and Attention to Detail Ability to Work Independently Strong Writing and Grammar Skills Able to Learn new Programs Quickly and Ability to Troubleshoot Common Issue Ability to Prioritize and Manage Shifting Responsibilities and Adjust Schedule Accordingly Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Preferred experience with AI tools such as Claude, & ChatGPT Creating social media posts across platforms.
