Non-Exempt Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative operations across multiple departments. This role will assist with operations project coordination, document management, scheduling, internal communications, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, adaptable, and comfortable handling confidential information. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide administrative support to company leadership and operational teams Maintain organized digital and physical records Assist with document preparation, data entry, and reporting Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications Support special projects and company initiatives as assigned Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires, including collecting required documentation and facilitating orientation scheduling Coordinate employee paperwork and maintain personnel files Assist employees with basic questions that come to the Operations team Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information Assist with maintaining information within Operations internal systems and drives Support workflow improvements and administrative process organization Support and/or lead special assigned projects that are under the Operations Department Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or operations support experience preferred Experience with Paycom strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Experience supporting construction, property management, or multi-entity operations is a plus What you have: Self-starter with strong follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Team-oriented with a positive attitude Able to prioritize shifting responsibilities effectively
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
