Full Job Description Pay Rate:
$19.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30 AM - 12:30
PM Weekly Hours:
15-20 hours Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative assistance to department managers. This role supports daily operations, including data tracking, reporting, and coordination activities. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to department managers and operations teams Assist with resolving safety, service, and operational issues Create, distribute, and close customer service tickets daily Maintain and distribute department-related communications and updates Coordinate with supervisors and managers regarding operations and dispatch activities Prepare and maintain reports as directed by leadership Utilize internal systems for tasks such as procurement, timekeeping, safety tracking, and contract labor management Support data collection and reporting for incentive programs Assist with payment processing and basic financial tasks Help implement operational projects as needed Communicate with customers regarding service-related inquiries Coordinate employee schedules and work assignments Maintain system data (e.g., service or operational tracking tools) Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED 0-3 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience
Preferred:
Additional training or certifications Up to 4 years of related experience Additional Information This role does not have supervisory responsibilities Work is primarily performed in an office environment Regular use of a computer and standard office equipment is required Occasional light lifting (under 30 pounds) may be required Hiring Process Manager review of resumes Interview required prior to hire
