Position Description:
Administrative Coordinator Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity Help keep our mission moving forward. Were looking for a highly organized, service-minded professional to join our team as a Program Administrator. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly supporting our construction programs, coordinating documentation, and serving as a welcoming first point of contact for our community. If you enjoy creating order, improving processes, and being the person others rely on to keep things on track, this could be a great fit. What Youll Do Serve as a key front-office contactgreeting visitors, answering calls, and helping people find what they need Keep daily operations running smoothly across multiple locations Support construction and property projects through documentation, purchasing, and coordination Track and organize important records for vendors, properties, and compliance requirements Assist with permits, inspections, and project closeout documentation Help coordinate safety efforts, trainings, and incident documentation Partner with internal teams to support grant compliance and reporting Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve how work gets done What You Bring Strong organization and attention to detail A proactive, problem-solving mindset Clear and professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfort working with a variety of people, including staff, volunteers, and contractors Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) What Helps You Stand Out Administrative or operations experience (construction, nonprofit, or compliance environments a plus) Experience tracking documentation or supporting projects Interest in process improvement and creating efficient systems Why Join Us?
