Job Description

Here's what you'll be doing: Monitor front desk and general department clerical and coordinator duties. Greet department visitors, answer telephones, take messages or transfer calls, and provide information to callers. Process casino human resources terminations with licensing files. Assistant administrative support roles as needed. Coordinate information sharing with department staff. i.e. department meeting agendas. Print and issue replacement licenses and ID badges to include transfers and renewals. Complete license verifications for outside agencies. Maintain and update license files as needed including purging files. Track and maintain supply inventory. Other duties as assigned. What you'll need to be successful: High School Diploma or equivalent. One year related office environment experience. Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance. Apply for and maintain Gaming License issued by the Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission.
