This role is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, handles sensitive conversations with professionalism, and thrives in a fast-paced financial environment.

CLOSED Key Responsibilities Contact customers via phone, email, and text regarding past-due accounts Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquencies Review account details and document all collection activity Maintain compliance with company policies and collection regulations Educate customers on payment options and account status Work collaboratively with underwriting and servicing departments Meet or exceed collection performance metrics Handle disputes and escalate complex situations when necessary Required Qualifications Previous collections, account management and customer service experience Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally Basic computer skills and comfort with account management systems Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to multitask and manage time effectively If you are interested in this position please email your resume to Kayla L. at or reach via text at (334) 679-5837!
