The Moore Law Group is seeking an on-site HR Administrative Assistant to support our HR team with a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks, including posting job ads, updating the HR database, and processing employee requests. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Position Summary The Collector I is an entry level position whose responsibility is to process payments on pre-approved payment plans and assist the collections department to make outbound calls when needed. This position will transition into a more experienced collector role with added responsibilities within the firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Take incoming calls to process payments on pre-approved payment plans Assist Collections Department in making outbound client calls when needed Follow up with consumers on missing agreements and stipulated agreements Perform data entry duties in collection system Review phone messages to be rightfully distributed to collection floor Contribute to meeting team and company goals Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in a customer service or call center preferred Positive and enthusiastic attitude Good oral and written communication skills Commitment to excellent customer service Proven ability to overcome difficult scenarios in a calm manner Proficiency with database software and MS Office Suite Accounts receivable experience a plus Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential job functions of this job.
