$21 - $27 / hour

Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring a B2B Collections Administrator on behalf of our client. This role will support business account management by assisting with collection activities, maintaining accurate account information, and partnering with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with business customers through phone, email, and written correspondence to verify account details and support collection efforts Work closely with accounts payable teams to help resolve invoice discrepancies, billing concerns, and account questions Maintain organized records of customer interactions, payment activity, and account updates within internal systems Review account information to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve collection processes Provide accurate updates and support to ensure customer accounts are managed effectively
