Job Description

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of national, multi-location accounts. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a salary up to $80K depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage collections for business accounts across multiple locations Perform outbound calls and email outreach to resolve outstanding balances Review aging reports and prioritize accounts effectively Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and smooth resolution Negotiate payment terms and maintain detailed account notes
Requirements:
3+ years of B2B collections experience Experience working with business accounts (not consumer collections like auto, mortgage, or credit cards) Experience managing national or multi-location accounts Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
