Full Job Description Duties:

• Contact individuals to negotiate payment of outstanding debts
• Review account information and documentation to determine the best course of action for debt collection
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken regarding debt collection
• Follow legal and ethical guidelines in debt collection practices
• Use telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate with debtors and facilitate payment arrangements

Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
