This role supports accounts receivable, credit, and collections to ensure timely payments, accurate account management, and reduced financial risk. It involves reviewing accounts, assisting with collections, evaluating creditworthiness, and enforcing credit policies while partnering with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong account performance.

Schedule :
Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Apply customer payments accurately and monitor receivables aging Follow up on past-due accounts and communicate with customers to resolve issues Review accounts, maintain accurate records, and reconcile discrepancies Evaluate credit applications, set limits, and enforce credit policies Support collections efforts and recommend account holds or releases as needed Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and account issues Monitor open orders against credit availability and account status Prepare reports on delinquent and high-risk accounts Maintain documentation and support efforts to reduce delinquency and bad debt Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle collections professionally Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities Knowledge of credit, collections, and basic financial principles Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while enforcing policies High level of reliability, accountability, and confidentiality All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
