Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Duration:
Temp, 5-6 months (possible extension/long-term)

Start:
ASAP A well-established organization is seeking an AR Collections Specialist to support the Accounts Receivable team during a transitional period. This role requires hands-on collections experience , strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage past-due accounts in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Review open AR balances and follow up on past-due invoices Perform outbound collections calls while maintaining positive customer relationships Send written correspondence to encourage timely payment Identify root causes of delinquencies and communicate findings to management Assist in improving collection processes and reducing overall receivables Maintain accurate documentation and notes related to customer accounts Qualifications 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience Strong collections, follow-up, and customer service skills Strong Excel skills required ERP experience a plus (not required) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Additional Notes This is a true temp position to start , though previous similar roles have converted to longer-term assignments Onsite availability is required (no remote option) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
