Help Strengthen the Financial Health of a Growing OrganizationWe're partnering with a well-established healthcare services company that is looking for a Collections Specialist to join its accounting team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, resolving account discrepancies, and improving cash flow while delivering excellent customer service. This role offers a collaborative team environment, modern accounting systems, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

ResponsibilitiesCollections & Account ManagementContact customers regarding outstanding invoices through phone and email communicationsReview aging reports and prioritize collection effortsResearch account discrepancies and resolve payment issuesNegotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive client relationshipsDocument collection activity and account status updatesAccounting SupportReconcile customer accounts and apply paymentsPartner with billing and customer service teams to resolve disputesPrepare weekly aging reports for leadershipAssist with month-end AR reconciliations
