Temp-to-hire Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
1+ years of collections related experience. Excellent communication skills - professional, friendly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dynamics AX 2012 experience very helpful.
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
Make 20+ calls per day contacting customers to advise of past due amounts. Negotiate payment plans with customers who cannot pay in full. Research disputed invoices. Process credit applications / pull credit reports for perspective customers. Document customer interactions in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
