Works in an office environment and in coordination with the billing and clerical departments. Work is detail oriented and necessitates strong emphasis on both quantity and quality. Idle candidate - Medial Collections - Medical Office Collections Bill a nd process surgical procedures for inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring accurate CPT and ICD-10 coding. Follow-up on unpaid claims and underpaid claims Knowledge of billing and authorization Must be knowledgeable in Appeals process

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years experience in medical insurance collections and surgical collections Strong understanding of

CPT, ICD-10

codes. with medical terminology Knowledge of CA insurance carriers Bill and process surgical procedures for inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring accurate CPT and ICD-10 coding.
