Credit Coordinator Spectrum Staffing Services - 3.4 Valinda, CA Job Details $17 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description SUMMARY Provides support in managing credit and collections activities to reduce outstanding balances and maintain healthy accounts. Works with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues while ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in financial operations and account management within a collaborative environment, helping build valuable skills in credit analysis and collections strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate customer accounts to ensure timely payments and identify potential credit risks. Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate action to reduce exposure and improve collections. Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Assist with account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records. Review and adjust credit terms based on account performance and payment history. Analyze financial data and trends to support credit decision-making. Support onboarding of new accounts in alignment with established credit guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to approve or deny charges and manage cash-related transactions. Prepare and maintain reports related to credit and collection activities. Handle additional duties as needed to support departmental goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in accounting, collections, or administrative financial support preferred. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in keyboarding and ten-key data entry. Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

COMPENSATION
$17-24 per hour #INDHP
