Job Description

Join a Team That Values Communication and ResultsA growing manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts and support cash collection initiatives. We're looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced accounting environment.

You'll work closely with customers, sales teams, and accounting leadership to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining strong business relationships.

ResponsibilitiesCollections OperationsManage assigned customer portfolio and aging accountsFollow up on delinquent invoices and resolve payment delaysReview credit holds and assist with account releasesInvestigate billing discrepancies and payment applicationsMaintain detailed collection notes and account documentationReportingPrepare collection activity reportsAssist with month-end closing activitiesMonitor customer payment trends and recommend improvements
