Leasing Agent And Rent Collections

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to manage leasing activities and rent collections. This role involves working directly with tenants, ensuring timely payments, handling delinquencies, and assisting with filling vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records Monitor accounts and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments Prepare and assist with legal proceedings for non-paying tenants when necessary Communicate clearly with tenants regarding balances and payment plans Advertise and market available rental units Show properties to prospective tenants Screen applicants and assist with lease agreements Coordinate move-ins and maintain tenant files Ensure compliance with rental policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and record-keeping abilities Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally Basic knowledge of leasing processes and tenant relations preferred

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
