Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist for our client in Norwich, Connecticut. This contract opportunity is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and prior experience managing accounts receivable and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding past-due accounts by phone and emailMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balancesResearch and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issuesMaintain accurate records of collection activity and account statusWork cross-functionally with internal teams to support account resolutionProcess account updates and help ensure timely payments
