Job Overview:

We are seeking a Collections Specialist with 3+ years of experience to support our Accounts Receivable team on a 6-month temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails to follow up on outstanding balances. Experience with cash applications is preferred. Based on general knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage assigned accounts and perform collections outreach through outbound calls and emails. Based on general knowledge. + Follow up on past-due invoices and work with customers to secure timely payment. Based on general knowledge. + Investigate and help resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and account issues. Based on general knowledge. + Maintain accurate records of collection activity, customer communication, and payment status. Based on general knowledge. + Partner with internal teams to resolve account issues and support the overall accounts receivable function. Requirements Qualifications:
