We are seeking a Contract Collections Specialist with 3+ years of experience to support collections efforts and improve cash flow. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and experienced in managing customer accounts and resolving past-due balances.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify past-due accountsContact customers by phone and email regarding overdue invoicesMaintain detailed records of collection activity and customer communicationsResearch and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepanciesWork with internal teams to address issues impacting collectionsNegotiate payment arrangements when appropriatePrepare aging and collections reports for managementSupport month-end reporting and cash forecasting efforts
