Essential Duties and Responsibilities Efficiently assist customers through both inbound (90%) and outbound (10%) calls while educating them on their options for account resolution Develop a trusted relationship with customers, third parties, attorneys, representatives, realtors, etc. to ensure timely handling of all accounts through the collections process Maintain detailed document records of all customer communications including payment plans that customers have agreed to and amounts paid via telephone Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of solutions according to customer and client needs Clearly communicate the progress of accounts and their respective status within the collections pipeline Demonstrate exceptional listening skills, while displaying professionalism and empathy for our customers individual needs and circumstances
