If you've negotiated settlements before and you're tired of being a small cog at a big shop, this is a place where your wins get noticed. What you'll actually do You'll be on the phone with creditors, lenders, and collection agencies negotiating real settlements — not pushing paper. You'll own a book of client accounts from first call to signed deal, build payment plans that work for both sides, keep clean records as you go, and hit monthly settlement targets. The better you are, the bigger your book gets. What we're looking for Real experience in debt negotiation, debt settlement, or collections (this one's non-negotiable — you need to already know how a settlement gets done) Someone persuasive who can hold their ground on a call and still keep the client calm A closer's mentality — you're motivated by goals, not babysat into them Clean, ethical, client-first instincts (we don't cut corners here) You live within about 30 minutes of Deerfield Beach and can work in-office What you get $52K-$75K base depending on what you bring to the table A modern office in Deerfield Beach with a team that actually wants you to win Real room to move up — we promote from inside, and we're growing Leadership that's present, not hiding behind a corner office If you've got the track record and you want a seat where performance gets rewarded, apply.
