We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our growing team. As one of the largest impact window and roofing companies in the state, we take pride in providing exceptional service to our customers while fostering a positive and rewarding workplace for our employees. Salary $52,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. Contact customers by phone and email regarding past-due accounts. Resolve billing issues and payment disputes professionally. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications. Work closely with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies. Negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate. Meet collection goals while maintaining excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/accounting software is a plus. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
