$1,350 per week base salary plus performance bonus | Annual range $72,000 to $100,000 Worxweb Solutions is hiring a Collections Specialist for a moving and logistics company in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a phone-based collections role focused on contacting customers with outstanding balances, negotiating settlements, and recovering revenue through professional outbound outreach. The base salary is $1,350 per week, and a performance bonus structure is introduced at 30 days with retroactive application to day one. This role is well suited for candidates with a background in debt collections, billing, settlement negotiations, or phone-based sales who are organized, comfortable on a dialer, and skilled at managing multiple accounts with accuracy. What you will be doing You will work an outbound dialer to contact customers regarding outstanding balances on moving service accounts, negotiate payment arrangements and settlements, and communicate via phone, text, and email throughout the collections process. You will update and maintain tracking spreadsheets with account activity, payment statuses, and settlement outcomes, and manage a portfolio of accounts through to resolution. Accuracy in documentation and consistent follow-through on open accounts are central to this role. What we are looking for

Must-haves:

Experience in debt collections, billing, accounts receivable, or settlement negotiations Strong computer skills including the ability to work with reports and update tracking spreadsheets accurately Comfortable working on an outbound dialer in a high-volume phone environment with text and email as supporting channels Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple open accounts simultaneously Reliable and able to work onsite in Fort Lauderdale Monday through Friday Nice to have: Background in phone-based sales in addition to collections or billing experience Prior experience negotiating payment plans or debt settlements directly with consumers Familiarity with collections software or CRM systems Compensation $1,350 per week guaranteed base salary Performance bonus structure introduced at 30 days, applied going forward and retroactively to day one Full bonus structure details provided during the interview process Annual base range: $72,000 to $100,000 Why this role Guaranteed weekly base salary with meaningful bonus upside Retroactive bonus application from day one once the structure is activated at 30 days Consistent Monday to Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends Onsite role with direct management support and clear performance metrics How to apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
