Job Description

  • Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
  • Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist
  • to support our client in the Hialeah area. This is a short-term, 2-month project ideal for someone with strong collections experience and excellent customer communication skills. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish). Schedule is 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri and Pay is $20 per hour.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Perform
  • accounts receivable collections
  • activities, including follow-up on outstanding balances +
  • Post customer payments
  • accurately and in a timely manner + Handle
  • inbound and outbound collection calls
  • professionally + Work with customers to
  • establish payment plans
  • and resolve account discrepancies + Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions and account status + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account reconciliation

  • is a must + Strong communication skills with the ability to handle

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate:
