Job Description

As a Collections Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers navigate their financial challenges while building a rewarding career with unlimited growth potential.
What You'll Do:
Guide customers through resolving past-due accounts across telecom, medical and other industries Develop and negotiate effective payment arrangements Provide exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals Maintain accurate documentation while following all compliance requirements
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00

What You'll Need:
Previous collections experience Experience with or aptitude for payment plan negotiation Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Professional phone manner Basic computer proficiency Ability to pass background check, reference check, and drug screen

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
