Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Collections Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing account collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships withclients. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help optimize revenue cycle processes while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Contact clients via phone, email, text, whatsapp or written correspondence to collect outstanding balances on immigration matters. Maintain detailed records of collection efforts, account status updates, and payment histories within financial software systems. Collaborate with accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to reconcile accounts, review debits & credits, and ensure accurate account analysis. Apply strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally while negotiating payment arrangements. Conduct account reconciliationto ensure proper billing procedures are followed for revenue cycle management. Requirements Proven experience in immigration law firm collections, accounts receivable, or related financial roles within law firm environment settings. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations. Knowledge of accounting principles including debits & credits, account reconciliation, and financial software applications. Excellent phone etiquette combined with outstanding customer service skills to build rapport during collection calls. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and negotiation strategies to secure timely payments. Ability to analyze accounts thoroughly using math skills and accounting software tools to identify discrepancies or payment issues.
