Description Collections Specialist (On-Site) A growing company is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage outstanding accounts and support the accounting team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to follow up effectively. + Manage and follow up on past-due accounts + Contact clients via phone and email to collect payments + Negotiate payment plans and resolve discrepancies + Maintain accurate records of collection activities + Work closely with accounting to reconcile accounts

Requirements Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
