B2B Collections Specialist

Overview We are seeking an experienced B2B Collections Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling high-volume outbound collections, communicating with business clients, and processing payments over the phone. Key Responsibilities Perform business-to-business (B2B) collections on outstanding accounts Contact clients via phone to collect payments and resolve payment issues Process payments securely over the phone Maintain accurate account records and document all collection activity Research customer accounts using Salesforce and internal systems Follow up on overdue balances with professionalism and persistence

Qualifications Required:
