As an Account Services Representative, you'll be part of a team that shows up for our members when it matters most. You'll help guide them through challenges, find solutions that work, and create moments that turn stressful situations into positive experiences. The Account Services Representative will play a crucial role in managing delinquent accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and providing effective strategies to recover outstanding balances. You'll work closely with members to understand their unique situations, provide options, and create realistic paths forward - all while contributing to the overall financial health of our membership.

What You'll Do:
Account Management & Resolution:
Manage a portfolio of accounts across various stages, focusing on proactive outreach and resolution. Connect with members to understand their needs and help bring accounts back to a positive standing. Take appropriate action to support timely resolutions and recommend next steps or escalations when additional support is needed.Member Support & Communication:
Communicate with members via phone and email in a clear, respectful, and solution-focused manner. Offer thoughtful, personalized solutions and payment options aligned with each member's situation. Build trust through clear, respectful, and supportive communication and educate members on available tools and resources to support their financial journey.Problem Solving & Case Resolution:
Partner with teams across Lending, Loan Processing, Fraud and Compliance to navigate and resolve complex situations. Respond to fraud or forgery-related matters with urgency and care and recommend appropriate escalation paths when necessary.Operational Excellence & Compliance:
Maintain accurate, and timely documentation of member interactions and account activity. Ensure records clearly reflect actions taken, commitments made, and next steps. Support reporting efforts by tracking activity, trends, and outcomes while upholding all internal policies and regulatory requirements. Who we'reSeeking:
Minimum of two years' experience in a financial institution or collections role High School Education or GED An UNbanker who wants to join a collaborative, team-focused, fully onsite environment in Iowa (in-office five days per week) Someone who is looking for a consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but also occasionally able to work a rotating Saturday schedule to support member needs An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-connection role with regular phone and email interaction, including a daily goal of approximately 65 inbound and outbound member callsWhy You'll Love It Here:
