Job Responsibilities Duties as assigned by manager. Maybe data entry Collect on customer past due account by phone and email. Identify and code reason for non-payment; dispute entry
Required Skills:
Communication skills enabling to clearly to contact customer verbally and in written format for collection Accounting exposure, open closed ledgers System navigation; learning agility on systems to navigate
Preferred Skills:
SAP exposure/knowledge collection Research /reconciliation for account ledgers
Education/Experience Requirement:
High School
