In this role, you will help consumers navigate their way back to financial health by replacing high-pressure tactics with active listening and collaborative problem-solving. We train & grow our team members - both offering opportunities for advancement & promotion within the Collections team as well as serving as a potential entry point to other teams across our company! You'll find previous collectors now in roles as leaders, working in operations, and even contributing as developers & IT professionals. Our belief that our continued success and growth are the proof that our empathy-first approach is the most effective tool for debt recovery. Our next training class begins April 20th, 2026! What You'll Do:
Advocate for theConsumer:
Act as a primary resource for individuals facing financial hurdles, using clear and compassionate communication to guide them toward a resolution.Master Multi-Channel Engagement:
Drive account success by managing a high volume of interactions across phone, email, and digital chat platforms.Architect Payment Solutions:
Work directly with consumers to build sustainable, realistic payment plans that align with their current budget while satisfying their financial obligations.Uphold Ethical Standards:
Maintain our reputation for integrity by ensuring every conversation adheres to strict compliance guidelines and our internal "empathy-first" quality standards. Contribute toProcess Growth:
