In this role, you will help consumers navigate their way back to financial health by replacing high-pressure tactics with active listening and collaborative problem-solving. We train & grow our team members - both offering opportunities for advancement & promotion within the Collections team as well as serving as a potential entry point to other teams across our company! You'll find previous collectors now in roles as leaders, working in operations, and even contributing as developers & IT professionals. What You'll Do:
