We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts while taking calls. Working hours would be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (7.5 hour workday; 37.5 hour work week). No nights or weekends! Hourly pay PLUS highly achievable potential monthly commission pay!

Responsibilities:

Receive & make calls to discuss accounts with past due balances Manage multiple accounts Take payments over the phone Establish payment plans Document and update debtor accounts based on interactions Identify debtor needs and provide information Troubleshoot and resolve issues & concerns ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in collections is preferred but not required Skip tracing experience is a plus! Positive and professional demeanor Excellent verbal communication skills Additional Benefits include: Holiday Pay No nights or weekends! Excellent potential commission opportunities!
