Job Description

Overview Seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to support the finance team on a maternity leave contract. This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role requiring someone who can step in quickly and manage collections independently. Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume collection calls and follow-ups Manage delinquent accounts and drive timely payments Negotiate payment plans & credit extensions Track activities and accounts in SAP Analyze payment trends and support reporting using Excel Requirements 3+ years in Collections (not just AR) Strong experience with collection calls & credit handling Hands-on SAP experience Advanced Excel skills Confident communicator, comfortable in a phone-intensive role
Shift Timings:
1st Shift Weekly schedule: 40 hours OTH1
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Experience:
Collections (not just AR) : 3 years (Required)
