Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, resolving delinquent balances, and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. This is an ideal position for someone with 1-3 years of experience in collections or high-volume customer service who enjoys problem-solving and has a knack for persuasive communication.

Monitor assigned accounts to identify overdue payments and prioritize outreach based on delinquency age and balance.Customer Outreach:
Conduct professional outbound calls and emails to discuss payment status while providing a high level of customer service.Dispute Resolution:
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or customer complaints by collaborating with the Billing and Sales departments.Documentation:
Maintain meticulous records of all collection activities, payment promises, and customer interactions in our systems.Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1-3 years in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a fast-paced Customer Service role (Call Center experience is a plus).Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional during difficult conversations.Organization:
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
