Contacting and/or being contacted by customers to resolve credit and collection issues while maintaining positive relationships. Telephoning and/or sending form letters during initial collection efforts for delinquent accounts. Reviewing orders and checking current account statuses to determine credit availability and to decide whether to release or hold orders. Accepting payments or setting up payment schedules with customers. Documenting all customer inquiries to ensure accurate credit data. Investigating duplication claims to resolve discrepancies. Generating and submitting periodic reports related to collection activities as assigned by supervisors. Researching lost or misapplied payments and initiating refunds for overpayments. Assisting in resolving various customer issues such as non-receipt of products, price discrepancies, and return inquiries.Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to analyze account data and prioritize collection actions. Experience with collection tools or payment processing software. Background in a healthcare, medical device, or similar industry. Knowledge of accounts receivable management best practices. Proficiency in basic accounting or accounts receivable processes. Prior experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable roles preferred. High school diploma required; additional financial or business training a plus.NO C2C CANDIDATES

- Providing customer service support for sales, promotions, installations, and ongoing communications.
- Ensuring positive customer relations by resolving claims and complaints fairly, efficiently, and in alignment with consumer laws.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving expertise.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using customer service software and general office applications.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are preferred.
