Working from our Eagan, MN office, we are currently in search of a seasoned Private Pay Collections Specialist.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work assigned reports, dashboards, and aging queues daily Manage AR of private pay accounts across all aging buckets (current, 30/60/90+ days) Within 24 hours (or otherwise timely manner): Make collection calls to patients and/or their families Respond to collection calls from patients and/or their families Identify correct responsible party, insurance and make corrects to invoices Work aged receivables Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies Meet individual and department goals Utilize Brightree software

Key Qualifications:
1-2 years of collections experience, preferably in DME/HME or medical Well versed in medical insurance and terminology Great communication skills written and verbal, contacting insurances, facilities, patients, etc. Work individual feedback sessions, staff meetings and annual training and/or competency tests We look forward to seeing your application and the opportunity to speak with you further!
