OUTSIDE COLLECTIONS/COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST 2315
Hwy 45 North, Columbus, MS 39705 $14.00 - $14.50 an hour - Full-time $14.00 - $14.50 an hour - Full-time Outside Collections Specialist The Collections Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers by phone and visiting their home in order to ensure our Collection Standards are met. Great Communications skills are key in order to convey an understanding of their payment responsibilities. To ensure collection standards are met daily and weekly. You must be able to lift 100 pounds unassisted and be able to assist on deliveries and returns. Prior experience and knowledge in collections, rent to own, account executive, account managing, would be greatly beneficial for this position though not solely required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all customers understand their rental agreement in order to cultivate a positive experience and relationship between you and the customer. Ensuring each account you oversee has the best possible communication in order to have a positive agreement and payment process. This may occur by both phone contact or in the field. Ensuring the customer has full knowledge of their account and their account payment responsibilities during their agreement duration. Demonstrate consistency regarding the managing and communication with all customers. This includes in store management of all customer communication, notes and details that may be pertinent to better managing the account. Mailing letter to customers concerning account status Handle field collections and pick up's as necessary
REGUIREMENTS
Must have a Valid State Driver license with a clean driving record and pass a drug screening.
