We are seeking a dedicated Collector to join our team in Fargo, ND. As a Collector, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide top-notch customer service while helping their clients navigate their financial challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reach out to consumers to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans
• Work with consumers to resolve outstanding debts in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date consumer records
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to debt collection
• Provide excellent customer service and support to consumers throughout the debt resolution process

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in debt collection not needed but customer service experience or a related field is preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using
