Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Collections professional to support the firm's revenue and collections operations. This role is responsible for managing outstanding balances, following up with clients regarding payment status, maintaining accurate collection records, and assisting with payment plans and billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams, and experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of AR/collections experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and a professional, detail-oriented approach. Experience within a law firm environment and familiarity with ARCS2G or Aderant software is highly preferred.
