Duties and Responsibilities Field incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails to collect past due balances in a professional and respectful manner. Utilize knowledge of financial concepts to explain payment terms and options. Update records accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.
